Patricia Timm

Partner

Pat Timm has been with the firm since 2009.  Prior to that time she worked at three other defense medical malpractice law firms.  She is also a licensed Registered Nurse in California with experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Administration, Case Management, Prehospital Medicine, and Air Ambulance Nursing.  

 

Her practice incorporates all areas of defense in medical malpractice and licensing defense on behalf of physicians and nurses, major teaching institutions, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, and other health care provider specialties.  Her experience has been primarily complex medical cases including perinatal brain injury, neonatal injury, pediatric injury, stroke, adult brain injury, cardiac injury, psychiatric injury, trauma, and various areas of critical care medicine.  

 

Pat has several years of law and motion experience and has argued cases before the appellate court resulting in decisions in favor of the defense.  She has co-tried perinatal brain injury cases and spinal injury/wrongful death resulting in defense verdicts.
