Aaron T. Schultz

Partner

 

Mr. Schultz joined our firm in 2005 and has been practicing law since 2002.  His practice is primarily professional malpractice defense of physicians, dentists, nurses, hospitals, and health care facilities.  Mr. Schultz also defends nurses and physicians before administrative licensing boards in the context of investigations and disciplinary hearings.  In addition Mr. Schultz also represents attorney’s accused of malpractice.  

 

His experience includes all aspects of litigation including handling complex EMTALA, ADA, and Elder Abuse actions.  

 

Since 2002, Mr. Schultz has obtained trial verdicts, judgments before trial, dismissals, and favorable settlements for hundreds of healthcare providers throughout Northern California.  He has also successfully opposed appeals of those judgments and order before the California Court of Appeals.

 

Mr. Schultz is admitted to practice before all Courts in California as well as all California United States District Courts.
